They charged Brereton Architects with planning their new building to energize the company, stimulate open communication, creativity and excitement. Working with the leadership group, Brereton facilitated a design charette as a forum to exchange ideas and concepts reflecting Dome’s goals and objectives for the project. The outcome of the charette was a benchmark and spring board for presenting design ideas for the workplace. The new offices provide a flexible, efficient workspace that promotes rapid team building and project specific management.
