After providing numerous tenants remodels and some recent public area updates. Brereton was approached to drive a new effort to update the ground floor lobby of the building with a focus on finishes, lighting, and a new look at public circulation. Security is an emphasis in the program and design, detail and material played a key role. Our design proposal was simple, sophisticated and timeless, and met the program successfully.
