the east cut
This East Cut Plaza+Building Lobby project redefines the primary building entrance into the 23-story tower through a redesigned entry plaza. This repositioning project includes the a total redesign of the plaza to create a better urban space and entry point to 123 Mission Street, neighboring 100 Mission, and to the through-block alley. The plaza redesign includes new paving, raised seating area, reconfigured stair from the subterranean garage and new landscaping. The building lobby redesign reduces the size of the current building lobby to provide new street front retail on Mission Street and emphasizes building entry from the renovated plaza and Main Street.
