Veeva is a cloud computing company that works to find solutions for life sciences software technology, including cloud software.
Having designed Veeva's U.S Headquarters in Pleasanton California, Brereton was hired to design Veeva's first European headquarters located at the WTC in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona.
One of the main design drivers for the project was to create a space that serves as the "Heart of Veeva Europe" and features a more grown-up tech esthetic while still fostering a fun, stimulating and engaging environment.
As the space is a space for employees and customers, the reception and first impression space had to be dynamic and welcoming. Color & graphics were dialed up to provide visual stimulation and to further brand identity while establishing a unique look specific for the European HQ.
Support spaces including wellness rooms, small huddle rooms, and various size meeting spaces are strategically located to break up open office areas to create neighborhoods where grabbing a room for heads down work or a quick meeting are easily accessible.
A central gathering space located to maximize natural light and the best views functions as break room, game room and meeting space.
