Dome Construction’s management group had a vision for the culture of their company that was very different that what was currently established. They looked to Brereton Architects to take a leadership role in planning their new building in a way that would energize the company and stimulate open communication, creativity and excitement in the workplace.

We worked directly with a select group of Senior Dome Executives to exchange ideas and concepts that reflect THEIR goals and objectives for the project. The conclusion of this design charette was the spring point for presenting options for the environment and for finishes and furnishings.

The result of our efforts provided the ability for the company to quickly build and manage project specific teams and the flexibility to re-work the teams efficiently.
