Our design team was approached by East / West bank to explore the challenge of reducing the banking branch on the ground floor to provide amenity space for building tenants to use for meeting, gathering and socializing. This common area is located adjacent to the re-modeled lobby reception area and provides a unique sense of arrival.

The Challenge for the project was to set the scale of the design features, furnishings, and detail to compliment the uncommonly high ceiling. Lighting was a strong focus for the team to transform the dark interior into a function space that celebrates the majestic scale of the building.
