Her work emphasizes scalable design strategies, sustainability, and high-performance environments that advance organizational culture, innovation, and user experience. As Project Manager she leads complex, fast-paced projects, guiding clients from concept through permitting, coordination, and delivery. An accomplished speaker Amanda has spoken on mentorship, technology, and sustainability in the architecture profession at numerous academic, professional and industry forums. Giving back to her community Amanda has held roles with the Architectural Foundation of San Francisco, NOMA, and the NAACP’s CESBS Committee, focusing on mentorship and community-centered design
