About the Job Opportunity 

  • Create and communicate clear project goals and requirements.

  • Authority to direct, control and monitor all project activities.

  • Managing, scheduling, budgeting, and staffing

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating and administering 100,000+ square feet major projects or several medium projects 25,000 to 50,000 square feet through all phases of development currently.

  • Structure and manage the project team to ensure proper timely and complete office operation and project management flow for projects.

  • Oversee design development and production of working drawings and construction documents on a given project to ensure quality control, code compliance, and conformance to contract.

  • Establish and maintain project budgets and schedules. Draft and review AIA and other contract documents.

  • Responsible for negotiating fees and contracts for projects.

  • Track and administer financial performance of projects.

 

What we’re looking for in our future Project Manager

  • 5+ years of experience in tenant improvement / corporate interiors.

  • 2+ years of experience in project management.

  • Strong ability to multi-task and successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in Project Management including management of at least one major project from conception to completion.

  • Proficient in verbal communication skills

  • Computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project)

  • AutoCAD 2016 and Revit

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree and / or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from accredited school.

  • LEED AP preferred, State Architectural or comparable license, or certification.

  • Company may sponsor State of California Project Management Licensing if applicable.
