Growing up in the suburbs with her mother as a realtor, Kaitlyn was intrigued by houses she visited all having similar facades but markedly different interiors.  Being drawn to art classes and experiencing buildings like Transamerica and Frank Llyod Wright’s work she developed a love of architecture.  As a young designer she is intrigued with the nuances of design , how things like light and acoustics influence how spaces are experienced.  She espouses mindfulness and an ethical approach to design.  Kaitlyn received her Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic state University.  Outside of the design studio Kaitlyn can be found hiking, visiting as many of the state and national parks as she can manage and pursuing unique travel adventures.
