SAN FRANCISCO

MISSION DISTRICT
TECHNOLOGY OFFICE

A tech startup company nestled in the heart of the Mission District in San Francisco was looking to expand their second floor office to the first floor for additional workspace, meeting rooms and an All Hands meant for presentation, alternative work, and break time activities.

The office has a natural and warm palette inspired from Japanese and Scandinavian design - centered on tranquil, minimalist and functional interiors. Scattered throughout the office space are lounge areas for informal meet-ups that feature Herman Miller classic furniture, soft floor lamps, red oriental rugs and modern art  that pop against the soft neutrality of the workspace.

Featured in the All Hands area is a grand millwork piece with stone countertops and wood cabinetry for morning coffee and daytime catering for staff and events.  Wood paneling wraps  the walls and ceiling creating a focal point for gathering.  Perimeter windows provide access to natural light and biophilic views of the treetops lining the street outside.
