ONE POST

The One Post lobby re-hab project was conceived originally because of the need to improve people-traffic flow from pre-to-post security and to take advantage of under-utilized area on the ground floor. We proposed to capsulate area previously exposed to exterior elements into new lobby and tenant amenity spaces. We proposed to incorporate a new tenant lounge and conference center “post” security appointed with technology and comfort that meets today’s expectations for corporate hospitality.
